The house has been used for television, commercial stills and video, podcast recordings and editorial features, and was featured on Top Billing in 2026. It works for a small crew with a camera and a presenter, and for a full production day with catering and a base camp on the lawn. Fifteen minutes from the city, next to Kirstenbosch. Our team is on site for every shoot day.
Rates on request
Rates are per shooting day and scale with crew size: up to 15, up to 25, and up to 40 people, which is the maximum on the property.
Days used only for setting up or packing down are charged at a reduced rate. Overtime beyond the agreed hours is charged per hour.
A deposit holds your dates. The balance is due before the first shoot day, with a signed location agreement.
Proof of production insurance is required for every commercial shoot. Furniture is moved by professional movers against a condition report, and our team is on site throughout.
